There are many ways to get involved in the neighborhood.
Landscaping
Improve common areas through maintenance for all homeowners to enjoy the beautiful area we live in on the water.
HOA Board
Serve on the Victoria Place Homeowners Association Board. The positions availible are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and At-Large.
Grants and Neighborhood Funding
Research and help the neighborhood get grants from the City of Raleigh and other grant and funding programs to improve our neighborhood.
Neighborhood Events
Help our community gather, host a potluck, host a bonfire or cookout. Make block parties a thing again and bring the neighborhood together.
Planning
Help set vision for the neighborhood's future. We need to plan where we are going and how we want to evolve with the incredible growth Raleigh is experiencing. Opening access to a playground or waterfront dock and maybe pond trails.
Technical & Web
Help out with websites and technical neighborhood endeavors like solar, smart devices, surveillance, and neighborhood watch.
Communications
Help keep all the neighbors informed of events, meetings, and potentially put together a monthly or weekly email newsletter. Manage our neighborhood social media presence on Twitter, Nextdoor, Instagram and Facebook.
