Part of what makes Victoria Place so great is the engaged community. See how you can get involved to make an impact on where you live. Some needed areas of service are listed here but feel free to contact us to let us know of other ways you might be able to help out in the neighborhood. We are always up for suggestions and improvements and we want to empower residents with the tools to make an impact.

Community Covenants

Victoria Place is a private neighborhood and is self governed inside the City of Raleigh. When the neighborhood was formed, they created Covenants in the 1980s. Neighbors today have to abide by these rules.
