Neighborhood located 1 1/2-miles east of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. Notable contributing resources include the Raleigh Country Club golf course designed by Donald Ross, The Alamo Drafthouse and WakeMed Hospitals. The neighborhood was built in the late 1980s. Beautiful mature trees and views of the upper and lower Longview Lake make the neighborhood a quiet nature retreat and one of downtown Raleigh's greatest assets.
